It is located on the second floor of a small building, with parking/owner's garage below (you're not sharing the building with other renters)! It has a comfortable living room, a kitchen with bar and stools, a beautifully appointed bedroom, full bath, and adjoining deck with outdoor eating area and gas barbecue. It also offers:

Check-In and Policies:

A $200 deposit is required to reserve your time. Full payment is also required 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards; payment must be made by check or money order and, for international renters, money orders are preferred.
