This immaculate remodeled beach house is located at 3524 Bayside Lane. You'll be impressed by the multiple windows that can be opened for maximum ocean breezes, the outdoor private fenced yard adjoining the master bedroom with carefully tended greenery and a gas barbeque and new, comfortable outdoor furniture. It also offers several important amenities:
- A living room includes a comfortable sofa and reclining chair.
- A queen bed in two of the bedrooms and a double in the other.
- One full bathroom including tub and shower and another full bathroom with shower.
- An adjoining dining area with four chairs.
- Phone, cable TV, VCR, CD player and a boom box.
- Two adjacent parking spaces.
- Laundry on the property (coin-operated).
- Beach chairs and boogie boards, as well as storage for other rented "toys" such as bicycles or surfboards.
Rates and Deposits: Please note that all rentals extending less than one month are subject to a 10.5% San Diego tax:

Check-In and Policies:
A $300 deposit is required to reserve your time. Full payment is also required 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards; payment must be made by check or money order and, for international renters, money orders are preferred.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm at the earliest; Check-out time is 10:00 am at the latest, to allow for cleaning. Additional policies:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the premises but is allowed on patios.
- Towels used on the beach are not provided; please bring your own.
- Upon check-in, you will be provided with materials indicating important information about your rental as well as nearby stores, etc. A "check-out" letter specifying our requirements will also be supplied.
